We have entered one of the strangest times in recent human history with the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) leaving us with more questions than answers these days. If there’s one thing that we as a collective society can agree on, it's the importance of both our personal and global health and well-being.
With the given circumstances, we felt a responsibility to help others during these difficult times and create a resource to help you stay healthy, safe, and sane. Hence, the creation of this 60 Day Challenge with at-home body-weight workouts.
One of our top priorities while creating this workout program was to keep it as simple and cost-efficient as possible for you. You won’t need any equipment and all you’ll need is your body, a little bit of space, a timer, and the willingness to show up and sweat for 30 minutes or less each day.
Here are a few more things to keep in mind as you embark on this journey:
These 60 workouts are designed to be completed at YOUR pace. Take rest days when needed.
Modify and adjust the workouts accordingly to your skill set.
If you’d like to increase the difficulty, feel free to add some weights or bands to the workouts.
If you’re unfamiliar with a move, YouTube or Google it!
You don’t have to go through it alone, invite friends and/or family members to complete the challenge with you.
If you feel like sharing your journey on social media, hashtag #60DayQuarantineChallenge so we can find your posts and cheer you on.
